Representative Therriault moved and asked unanimous consent that the           
reconsideration (page 4005) of the following be held until April 29,           
1996:                                                                          
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 529                                                            
An Act giving notice of and approving the entry into, and the                 
issuance of certificates of participation in, a lease-purchase                 
agreement for a centralized public health laboratory.                          
                                                                               
Objection was heard.                                                           
                                                                               
Representative Therriault moved and asked unanimous consent to                 
withdraw the motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.             
                                                                               
Representative Therriault brought up reconsideration of the vote on HB
529.                                                                           
                                                                               
HB 529 was again before the House in third reading.                            
                                                                               
Representative Brown placed a call of the House.
